If you have a business in need of group health insurance, you should consider Kaiser health insurance. California businesses are turning to the nation's leading HMO for their group health plans more and more, because of the wide range of choices that are available. There are numerous plan options, including HSAs, HRAs and PPO Plans.

Copayment plans have set costs for care and enable you to know in advance your out-of-pocket costs for prescriptions or visits to the doctor, etc. With our copyament plans, you have a higher monthly premium than with a deductible plan, but you pay a fixed copayment for most services from your first day of coverage.

With a deductable plan, your monthly charges are lower, but you're responsible for meeting a deductible before you're eligible to pay copayments or coinsurance for most care. However, you do not have to pay a deductible for certain preventive care services and some other services. These are available for a copayment from your first day of coverage.

If you enroll in an HSA-qualified deductible plan and open a health savings account, or HSA, you can save money, on a tax-free basis, for current and future qualified medical expenses. When you put money in your HSA, your contributions can be subtracted from your taxable income, your invested funds can grow tax free when used to pay for qualified medical expenses.

Deductible plans with affordable monthly premiums plus an employer-funded account employees can use tax free for covered medical expenses. HRA offers tax benefits for the employer while encouraging employee retention.

Kaiser Permanente now offers a $40/$1000 PPO Plan, which gives employees the ability to chose care from a contracted provider network or from any other licensed nonparticipating provider. PPO is available within the multi-plan offering and is a great solution for employees who have an existing relatinship with a community provider or living outside the Kaiser permanente service area.

The POS Plans give your employees the opportunity once a year to select the option that best suits their needs. They can select the HMO option as their complete coverage , or select the Point-of-Service option that includes the HMO (Kaiser Permanente Plan Providers), along with the ability to see outside providers. NOTE: This plan may only be offered as part of a multiple plan offering (3+ employees)
