With a deductable plan, your monthly charges are lower, but you're responsible for meeting a deductible before you're eligible to pay copayments or coinsurance for most care.   PPO Plan

DNew for 2008, you'll be able to offer a $40/$1000 PPO Plan, which gives employees the ability to chose care from a contracted provider network or from any other licensed nonparticipating provider. PPO is available within the multi-plan offering and is a great solution for employees who have an existing relatinship with a community provider or living outside the Kaiser permanente service area.

The POS Plans give your employees the opportunity once a year to select the option that best suits their needs.
